And when you find your home you will want to make an offer. Both sides agree to a purchase price and a few terms. It is suddenly time to find an Attorney to draw up a contract.

The most common inspection package is the Home Inspection, Radon Test and Wood Destroying Insect inspection.The Home Inspection is for your Knowledge and Comfort. The Radon test is for your family's health and safety, we have naturally occurring Radon gas in the ground in NY and NJ. The Wood Destroying Insect inspection is generally required by the mortgage company, so plan to have this done.
The mortgage company will request an Appraisal after the contract comes out of Attorney review.
