Inspection was done today and I am very pleased with the results. Joe was great, explained everything and found problems I would have never spotted. I already have KHOV coming to make required corrections in my heating system, this alone made the reasonable cost of the inspection worthwhile. Thanks again.

As engineers we know the effort it takes to produce a report with adequate descriptions and corresponding labeled photographs - your report is organized well, pointing out issues in the photos and even showing concepts for required stair railings. We took the summary at the end of your report, copied it, removed the items we know we can accept as buyers of a 40 year home (understanding they must be in your report for completeness), and highlighted the areas of most concern for our attorney.
