The typical NACA inspection requirement consists of a HOME INSPECTION and WOOD DESTROYING INSECT INSPECTION. NACA requires inspection reports be prepared in a digital format with photographs identifying repair items. Reports are generated for the inspections at our office then forwarded by email to the NACA Hand Department and yourselves. The NACA Hand Department will review the report and may request that you have certain things repaired as part of the loan proceedings. NACA may also request a follow up inspection to make sure that the work was appropriately completed. All In One can help you through this process.
